Cancellation Policy - All Products and Services

If you elect to cancel the Services, the Cancellation Fee will be equal to the full Service Fee payable and no refund will be available.

Refund Policy - only applicable for the Internship Program

If JobNow fails to find a Placement for the Client within 15 weeks since the date the student’s CV and LinkedIn have been reviewed by JobNow (after the student completes the online course), the Client will be entitled to receive a refund of the Fee less a $1,000 Administration Fee (inclusive of GST). 

The Client will not be entitled to receive a refund and the cancellation policy will apply if:

i. The Client received internship opportunities but did not pursue them; and,

ii. The Client was placed in a host company after the period of 15 weeks since the date the student’s CV and LinkedIn have been reviewed by JobNow (after the student completes the online course). 

Refund Process

To start a refund, send us your request at info@jobnowgroup.com. We will notify you once we’ve received and reviewed your request, and let you know if the refund was approved or not. If approved, you’ll be automatically refunded on your original payment method. Please remember it can take some time for your bank or credit card company to process and post the refund too.
